Pastels Workshop: Put more excitement and interest in your pastel paintings by making your own unique painting surfaces! Creating what we paint on, as well as what we paint, is the focus of this workshop. Through the use of color, texture, and more, Chris will help students create, and then paint on, surfaces that add new dynamic dimensions to painting with pastel, the purest pigment of all painting media. This is great for any pastelist who is looking to explore new and challenging artistic avenues in a fun and relaxed environment. Perfect for all levels–beginner to advanced. Demonstration included.
